Shelf Life

Fresh

If fresh store under cool conditions (10 – 20 oc), stored under cool conditions this product will retain its’ mould free condition and softness for 7 days after the day of production. Minimum shelf life on delivery, 5days.

Frozen

If frozen keep frozen at –18oc, Maximum shelf life frozen is 12 months.

Shelf life after freezing, day of defrosts +6 days.
